Erica comes with 20 years artistic experience, licensed since 2007. She has worked at Identity Salon since 2011. Her inviting personality allows you to feel relaxed while you receive a personalized consult. Rely on her if you are looking for a fresh new look, less complicated routine or are looking to glam it up for a wedding, prom or graduation. Erica's dedication to your individual needs will be demonstrated in the attentive services you will receive. She is a well rounded stylist who genuinely cares about helping you look your best.
Her specialties include gray coverage, highlights, custom colors, healthy conditioned hair, formal styling, and cuts for people of all ages with all types of hair textures and lengths. Erica proudly uses Davines hair color due to its superb conditioning, leaving you hair silky soft shine. Davines offers UV protection to your hair while still delicate on your scalp. She proudly uses Davines, K18, Olaplex, AIIR Professional, L'Oreal Professional, and Moroccan Oil products.

Carey has been working in the cosmetology industry since 1984. She is a Board Certified Haircolorist specializing specifically in gray coverage, reds and precision haircutting. She has also taught advanced education for Keune, Logics and Matrix.
Creating beautiful natural looking color while protecting the integrity of your hair is my specialty. Making you feel good about yourself is my goal."

Lauren specializes in a wide range of services, including but not limited to Deva Cuts, Deva Color and lightening, natural curly and textured hair services, blonding techniques (balayage, babylights, foiling), all color services, and formal/wedding hair and makeup.

Tia has been in the beauty industry since 2006 and with Identity Salon since 2017. She absolutely loves using her creative and artistic abilities to make her guests look and feel beautiful. She is confident in offering new ideas to guests that may be unsure of what to do or just want a change. She specializes in dimensional color and detailed haircuts. When she's not at work you can find her outside gardening or going on random road trips to find quirky roadside attractions.
Services she offers: Detailed custom haircuts including razor cuts.
Haircolor including grey coverage, dimensional, blonding, vivid/fantasy and color correction.
Olaplex treatments, facial waxing, airbrush makeup and special occasion styling.

Connie is currently accepting new guests. She attended Stevens Institute of Beauty and graduated in the 1980's and has enjoyed doing hair ever since. She started at Identity Salon in 2024. She loves doing all services including, perming, haircutting and haircolor like gray coverage. Connie loves meeting new guests and helping them feel good about their hair. When a guest leaves with a smile, that is her joy.
She proudly use Kenra and Matrix products.

As a driven professional, she has an eye for the latest industry trends, utilizing products like Redken, Amika, and PM Tea Tree, Molly provides high-quality results tailored to each client’s unique style.

Lucie is accepting new clients. She brings a unique touch to the chair! With an associates in Art degree we believe it perfectly complements her work, while truly seeing hair as an art form. She views hair and spray tanning through the lens of an artist, combining formal education with technical skill to deliver innovative and personalized results. She’s sure to give your best “lived in” color or highlights while prioritizing the long-term health and structural integrity of the hair. Lucie enjoys doing long layered haircuts, updos, makeup, and spray tans. She backs her work up with leading brands like Amika, K18, and Redken products.
